Flange Provides Axial Positioning
The flange on one side can seat against the end face of the housing, limiting insertion depth and axial movement while improving consistency of the installed position.
Supports Both Radial and Axial Loads
The cylindrical body can support radial movement of the shaft, while the flange can withstand end-face friction and part of the axial contact pressure.
Protects the Shaft and Housing Bore
The T-SPACER separates the shaft from the equipment body, concentrating friction and wear on a replaceable component and helping reduce wear on the main housing bore.
Easy to Install and Maintain
The flange can serve as an installation stop and provide a convenient area for removal. When worn, the T-SPACER can be replaced independently, reducing the scope of maintenance required.
Supports Multiple Materials and Custom Designs
Materials can be selected according to load, rotational speed, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and lubrication requirements. Inner diameter, outside diameter, length, flange dimensions, and oil grooves can also be customized according to engineering drawings.
