BE-RING

A BE-RING is an E-type shaft retaining ring with a bowed elastic structure. It can be pressed radially into an annular groove from the side of the shaft. After installation, the bowed body generates axial preload, helping restrict the movement of gears, bearings, bushings, pulleys, and other components.

Product Name: BE-RING / Bowed E-Ring / BE Retaining Ring

Quick Side Installation

The BE-RING can be pressed directly into the groove from the side of the shaft without having to slide it on from the shaft end, making it suitable for shaft assemblies where other components have already been installed.

Bowed Structure Provides Preload

The retaining ring has a bowed profile that generates axial spring force after installation, helping press the retained component into position while compensating for minor assembly clearance.

Three-Point Engagement Provides Stable Retention

The internal contact points of the E-shaped structure engage with the shaft groove, helping restrict axial movement of gears, bearings, bushings, and other components.

Saves Axial Installation Space

The thin-profile structure can reduce the need for nuts, end caps, or multiple washers, helping simplify shaft-end retention arrangements.

Suitable for Precision Assemblies

BE-RINGS are commonly used in motors, gears, bearings, electronic equipment, home appliances, automotive and motorcycle components, and automation mechanisms.
